Jeremy Johnson is an experienced leader in economic and workforce development, renowned for

An award-winning
banking leader turned entrepreneur, Jeremy brings a unique
perspective to career and workforce development, combining professional
growth with a broader commitment to economic empowerment.
Throughout his career, Jeremy has partnered with jobseekers and employers across a
wide range of industries, including financial services, healthcare, government, and
nonprofit. His professional highlights include serving as a career expert for the
Association for Talent Development’s (ATD) International Conference, designing and
facilitating career readiness programs for organizations such as Atrium Health and the

A first-generation college graduate, Jeremy earned a Bachelor of Science in Business
